Subcontractor access

Your subs get the job. Not a login, not a seat, not your margins.

Crew links are unguessable, expiring, revocable job pages. One tap on a phone: scope of work, measurements, and a photo upload button. Nothing else in your business is reachable through them.

How it works

01

Generate a crew link

From the deal, pick what the link can see and do, label it ("Rodriguez Roofing — 1421 Elm tear-off"), set an expiry, optionally add a 4-digit PIN.

02

Text it to the sub

They open it on their phone. No app install, no account, no password reset call to your office at 6am.

03

Photos land on the deal

Every upload, milestone, and note is attributed to that link's label in the job timeline. Revoke instantly when the job closes.

What the crew sees

  • Job address, homeowner first name, and install date
  • Scope of work and trades on the job
  • Measurement summary — squares, pitch, ridge / valley / eave LF
  • Material list from the work order
  • Photo upload with your tag set, milestone checkboxes, notes

What the crew never sees

  • Your pricing, cost, or margin
  • Homeowner financials or payment status
  • Insurance claim and carrier details
  • Any other job, or anything else in your CRM

Sub records, without the seat bill

License & insurance tracking

Expiry dates per sub with an expiring-soon flag. A sub with lapsed insurance is flagged before you issue a link.

History rolls up per sub

Issue links against a subcontractor record and every job, photo, and milestone they touched stays on their record.

Zero seats consumed

Competitors bill per crew user. Crew links are free forever — that is a deliberate pricing difference, not an oversight.
