What the crew never sees
- Your pricing, cost, or margin
- Homeowner financials or payment status
- Insurance claim and carrier details
- Any other job, or anything else in your CRM

License & insurance tracking
Expiry dates per sub with an expiring-soon flag. A sub with lapsed insurance is flagged before you issue a link.
History rolls up per sub
Issue links against a subcontractor record and every job, photo, and milestone they touched stays on their record.
Zero seats consumed
