We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Gem State CRM subscriptions. If the software isn't the right fit for your roofing company, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact our support team and we'll start it for you.

Renewals can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, your workspace keeps full access until the end of the period you already paid for, then switches to read-only so your job history stays viewable.

Paddle's own refund policy also applies to every order.
